Until then, big pipe wrenches have broken, torque spanners have bent and steel parts have fallen dangerously from the tree – you shouldn’t compromise here!

Can I also use a large pipe wrench?
Yes, but you’re not doing yourself any favours. You must use the pipe wrench on the M30 nut, otherwise you will damage the shaft! You must not use the pipe wrench on the shaft of the GTS (as can be seen on the American models), otherwise you will scratch the surface and damage the coating. Scratches mean that the precisely fitting supports can no longer be pushed onto the shaft.
! Caution: We have already had several really solid pipe wrenches bend and break off!
Where else can I get such a big Ratchet?
Sometimes it doesn’t make sense to buy a tool for a single use. If our Rental Tool service isn’t an option for you, try farmers, truck drivers, excavator specialists or others who might be able to lend a Ratchet this big.
