B2B – Business customer account – Order without VAT.

As a trader (B2B customers = business to business) you can buy from us without VAT (net). To do this, you need a valid trade number, also known as a VAT identification number (11-digit, e.g., DE123456789) – the number will be automatically checked when you enter it! You can open your business account as follows:

1. Register at the top of www.thetreehouse.shop
2. Confirm your email address
3. Log in again at www.thetreehouse.shop
4. In your account under “Addresses” you can edit your “Billing Address”.
5. There you will find the option to enter your “VAT ID”.

Afterwards you can shop without VAT – you will still see the gross prices in the online shop, the net prices will only be displayed at check-out / checkout. If you have any questions, please email us directly, and we will find a solution! info@thetreehouse.shop
