Drill Bit Set for pre-drilling the GTS Allstar
This set is a must-have for installing the GTS Allstar and contains a 36 mm diameter Auger Drill Bit for the Tree Thread, as well as a 74 mm diameter Forstner-Bit for the Cylinder.

Version 2.0 – reusable!
The new version 2.0 of the Forstner-Bit can continue to be used as normal once the GTS Allstar has been fitted. Simply replace the pin with the self-retracting centring mandrel:
The drill bit is then ideal for through-holes in hard and softwood, plasterboard and similar materials.
Catering tip: The 74 mm diameter fits perfectly as a hole for wine and beer bottles ;)

Assembly & Video – GTS Allstar 2.0
- Auger drill bit Ø 36 mm: 20 cm (7.9 in) deep (clearance already included)
- Forstner pin combo Ø 74 mm: 8.0 cm deep (at deepest point)
After pre-drilling, insert the GTS into the drill hole and turn it firmly into the tree. The rear surface of the cylinder of the GTS Allstar MUST be firmly against the drill hole!

Tips for installing GTS tree bolts
The right cordless screwdriver
To pre-drill the large holes for the GTS in the tree, you will need a powerful cordless screwdriver:
✔ A long additional handle is essential!
✔ Drill chuck Ø 11 mm required
✔ Power for softwood: > 80 Nm, 4Ah, 18V
✔ Power for hardwood: > 120 Nm, 4Ah, 22V
Tips for pre-drilling
✔ Drill at low speed (gear 1 or 2) to give the drill bit more power.
✔ Be sure to use an extra handle for more control and safety.
❌ Do not use smaller drill bits for pre-drilling, as this will prevent the self-tapping tip of the auger drill bit from working!
