Shipping policy
✔ Made in Germany: Items are dispatched directly from our warehouse in 83727, Germany.
✔ Incoterm DDP for shipments to third countries (UK, CH, LI, NO, CA): We cover import and customs duties when shipping to the destination country.
✔ In the event of faults or defects, the statutory warranty applies worldwide and we will provide a replacement.
Returns policy:
- EU: 30-day returns
- UK/CH/LI/NO: 14-day returns, 5% restocking fee
- Overseas (CA/USA/Asia etc.): no right of return
The customer pays for the return postage and any import and customs duties incurred when returning goods to Germany.
