Shipping to third countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, etc.):

We export using Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), which means:

• We take care of the entire shipping process to your doorstep. We select the shipping service, obtain the export documents and provide you with the tracking information.
• As the customer, you are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. This means that since you pay the net price instead of the gross price when you place your order, this ‘saved VAT’ is instead levied as import tax in your country. This is based on the VAT rate in the destination country. Depending on the goods, customs duties of between 0 and 5% may also apply.
• These taxes and fees must be paid to the relevant authorities in the respective country. The invoice is usually sent by email.
• Import fees are charged for orders with a value of approximately £150 or more.
• For orders over £1,000, we as the exporter are usually required to provide export documents.
• The costs are between €20 and €50 and are included in the shipping costs.
• We recommend that you check with the authorities for details before placing your order.
• Track your delivery carefully and pay the fees quickly, as otherwise additional storage costs may be incurred.
• If the goods are refused and the package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for all costs incurred for the return shipment.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy:

• The cancellation period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns & shipping:

• The customer is responsible for the costs and fees associated with returning the item.
• These will be deducted from the refund, along with any costs for damaged goods.

Damage and problems:

• Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
• We document our shipments and their contents with photos before handing them over to the delivery service.

Refunds:

• We will inform you about the approval or disapproval of the refund within 10 working days.
• We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them.
