The team at TheTreehouse.Shop will select 6 winners from all the entries.

We don’t just judge on size or perfection. The key criteria are, above all:

• Treehouse feeling: atmosphere, quality of photos/videos
• Creativity & craziness: Who has the funniest, most eye-catching pictures or clips?
• Craftsmanship & artistic skill: attention to detail, cool sketches
• Action & life: children playing, animals, smiling faces, wild parties, exciting construction photos

Closing date for entries: 31 December 2026

The winners will be announced at the Neujahrsrausch 2027 and featured on our website and social media channels.

You’ll be notified personally by 31 January at the latest, and will then receive your prizes!

The competition is open to customers of TheTreehouse.Shop aged 18 and over who have visibly used our products in their own treehouse project.

Excluded are the winning projects from our previous ‘Treehouse Competitions 2020 to 2025’.

By submitting your entry, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the photos, videos and texts submitted. If any individuals are recognisably depicted or filmed, you also confirm that you have obtained their consent to the submission and to the publication described below. In the case of minors, the consent of their legal guardians is required.

You grant TheTreehouse.Shop – Vitus Wahlländer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the submitted photos, videos and project texts in connection with the photo and video competition, as well as to showcase real customer projects.

This includes, in particular, publication on the website, in the blog, in the newsletter and on TheTreehouse.Shop’s social media channels. We may edit the content for this purpose, for example by cropping it, resizing it or adding headings, a logo and short descriptive texts. The nature of your project will be respected in the process.

The content will not be passed on to or licensed to third parties for their own advertising purposes. The location of your treehouse will not be published.

You may revoke this licence at any time with future effect by emailing info@thetreehouse.shop. We will then remove any content already published from our own channels within a reasonable period, insofar as this is technically and legally possible. Content that has already been printed or lawfully published prior to revocation remains unaffected.

IMPORTANT:
We do not use your submissions for tabloid media or purposes unrelated to the subject matter. Our aim is to showcase successful client projects, inspire others and highlight good ideas relating to treehouse builders.

This is a competition organised by TheTreehouse.Shop – Vitus Wahlländer. The DICTUM brand is not the organiser and has not sponsored the competition.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties!
